For the first time on this trip, I wasn’t in need of an airport hotel. But with a 9:35pm scheduled arrival, one not too far from Haneda was preferred. The Hilton Odaiba fit the bill perfectly location wise.

Upon check in, everything was effortless. The wifi codes and breakfast vouchers were handed over without any prompt and my HHonours Gold status was confirmed.

Main Room

The main room was pretty big by Japanese standards, and even included a balcony overlooking Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow bridge. The bed was your standard Hilton bed – comfortable, with soft sheets and pillows.

The bathroom was adequately sized, and featured both a bath and shower in a separate wet room type set up.

The bathroom featured enhanced amenities, with double of the standard goods, plus toothbrushes, a comb, a razor and other bits. There was also a clock present in the bathroom.

The standard tea/coffee making tray was also present, plus a minibar.

One thing of note was that it appeared that only one device could be connected to the WiFi at a time. In my case either my phone or laptop, but not both.

In Conclusion

A great location, around 25 minutes by train from Haneda (plus the not so frequent airport limousine bus) with a shopping complex next door and a small park next to the bay. The rooms were in great condition, especially as this hotel has recently been inherited by the Hilton group.
